PAYMENT METHODS

For orders in the EU, Concept of June accepts the following payment methods:

-Stripe (Credit / Debit Card): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay
Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Please note that possible transfer fees, as well as bank service charges, might be charged. If you are charged transaction fees by your bank, Concept of June will not refund these charges. 

We accept one form of payment per order.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Concept of June uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect your personal and credit card information. If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on it to find out more about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You can also check the URL at the top of your browser and notice that it begins with “https” instead of “http”. This means that your data is secure.

TAXES AND DUTIES

The prices of products indicated on the product listing pages and product detail pages are inclusive of EU taxes but exclude import fees (customs duties and taxes) if these are applicable.

INSURANCE

Concept of June insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Concept of June.

Shipping

SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Concept of June cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Concept of June.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of the EU could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
